Once someone requests to work on the posted shift, the business will get notified.

Businesses can review and approve user's requests

Once the business approves the Shifter's request, they arrive at the agreed upon time and work the shift.

Once the shift is over, both the business and Shifter rate each other on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, which initiates payment to the Shifter.
